My Pilates journey
My Pilates journey began as a way to regain strength and balance in my body. After returning from my second maternity leave to a high-pressure job that had me spending long hours at a desk, Pilates became my sanctuary.
As a mum of two toddlers and a full-time job, lunchtime Pilates sessions quickly became precious me-time.
I quickly fell in love with the movement, its dynamic nature, and how it reshaped my muscles. When we relocated to Germany, one of the first things I did was to look for a Pilates studio in Frankfurt. Those moments on the mat and the reformer became an essential part of my routine. Today, I train with BASI Pilates, and I’m passionate about teaching with care and enthusiasm.
When I’m not in Pilates leggings, you’ll find me reading, walking, traveling, cooking, and most importantly, cherishing time with my family—my husband, our two boys, and close friends!

BASI Pilates offers a rigorous and modern take on Pilates, whilst remaining engrained in Joseph Pilates’ classic ethos of Contrology with its focus on precision and proper alignment.
Rooted in traditional Pilates principles, the BASI method emphasizes strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled movements. It offers a comprehensive, powerful training experience that delivers results.
This disciplined and structured approach ensures that each session is more than just a workout, but a way to develop long-term strength and confidence in your body
A BASI education requires more than 500 hours of teaching, training and observing.

- Pilates for injury, rehabilitation and chronic pain | Helps recovering strength and confidence
- Pilates to enhance athletic performance | Complements and balances athletic training to boost performance and reduces strain and injury
- Pilates for post-natal recovery and strength | Gentle and gradual reconnection and rebuild of pelvic and abdominal muscles, improves posture and rebuilds strength
- Pilates for teenagers and children | Reinforces awareness and balance, boosts self-esteem in a fun way
Private Classes Format
Throughout my own Pilates journey, I have come to realise that our needs change with time and in a private training setting, we can continuously review and update your goals to build upon your achievements and reach the next level.
From the first meeting, we discuss your objectives together and work to achieve them in a private, trusting and empowering setting.
As we start training together, we undergo a postural assessment to identify muscular imbalances and create a programme that focuses on stabilising joints and strengthening muscles to create an aligned and solid core as the foundation of empowerment and confidence.
At Flowhaus, we have all the wonderful suite of Pilates equipment: Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and or course on the mat, for the most rounded and result-yielding training.
I am perfectly fluent in English and French and of course can train you in D-English!
Private sessions last 50 minutes at a cost of 95 EUR (incl. VAT) per session
