My Pilates journey
My Pilates journey began as a way to regain strength and balance after my second maternity leave. Returning to a demanding desk job, Pilates quickly became my sanctuary.
As a mum of two and working full-time, those sessions turned into precious time just for me. I fell in love with the movement, its dynamic nature, and the way it reshaped both my body and mindset.
After relocating to Germany, finding a Pilates studio in Frankfurt was one of my first priorities. Time on the mat and the reformer became an essential part of my routine.
I am now a fully certified instructor with BASI Pilates and continue training and teaching with care, attention and genuine enthusiasm.
Outside the studio, I enjoy reading, walking, traveling, cooking, and most of all, spending time with my family—my husband, our two boys, and close friends.
